The quality and convenience of the salmon portions are great. So easy to thaw in the frig overnight and quick prep the next day. Typically cedar plank on the grill and it’s wonderful. Have yet to serve it to anyone that didn’t rave. Add a little pineapple habanero glaze during grilling and you can’t miss!

If we had five thumbs, we would give Bakkafrost five thumbs up! The salmon is SO GOOD! Easy to work with. Impeccably prepared. We bought both the preportioned 4oz (10lb) box and the skinless filet. We are not sorry we did!

This was my first order of Bakkafrost Fresh Whole Salmon. I'm in Nebraska so my Tuesday order arrived on Friday. It arrived cold and in perfect condition. I had the scales removed by Bakkafrost and that made preparation easier. Faroe Islands Salmon is the best I've had, so beautiful and flavorful. I plan to order again and again.

I used to get this fresh up in Petoskey Michigan every summer,. However this way is just amazing to get it down here in Texas !
So easy to defrosts , and the flavor is outstanding. I will order with the skin on next time as I prefer to cook it that way in the future.

Absolutely perfect salmon , perfectly packed, gorgeous orange color, perfectly cut, not too thick, not too thin, mouth-
watering taste.
Salmon just doesn’t get any better than this…
