This salmon was never frozen and is delivered with scales on, we can remove scales upon request.

We ship on Tuesdays and Wednesdays to ensure freshness to all customers. Place your order before 5 PM EST on Tuesday to get your order the same week. If you placed your order after 5 PM EST on Tuesday expect your order to be shipped the next Tuesday.

Frozen items ship with dry ice.
