This salmon was never frozen and is delivered with scales on, we can remove scales upon request.

US Midwest During Heat Wave

Discovered Faroe Island salmon recently and immediately fell in love. Decided to buy in bulk and tried Bakkafrost. Ordered a whole salmon during a midwestern US heat wave. Salmon arrived promptly and cold despite heat wave. While cleaning the salmon had a small dish of soy sauce and ate scraps as I went along. Melts in the mouth.

Quality and timely

This is a top quality fish. It arrived fresh, well packaged and on time. Only concern i would have is that it seemed to be packaged for exactly 2 days of shipping so if the package would have been held up at all it may have begun to turn by the time it arrived.
