Free shipping is available on orders over £75.
Yes, pick up is available free of charge at 28 Drumsheugh Gardens, Edinburgh EH3 7RN.
We dispatch orders on Tuesdays and Wednesdays with Royal Mail Tracked 24. Your order should arrive 24 hours after you receive the dispatch message. You can track your order with Royal Mail.
This webshop is for UK customers only.
We also have webshops in the Faroes Islands, Denmark and the USA.
As all of our products are classed as perishable, we use high quality packaging materials with insulation and ice/gel packs to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Most orders are sent out in WoolCool packaging with ice packs, and both the wool liner and ice packs are reusable. For larger orders we normally use polystyrene boxes with gel packs.

All of our smoked salmon as produced by specially selected Artisan smokers who take great care and pride in producing small-batch smoked Scottish salmon.
Artisan smokers hand cure only the finest Scottish salmon before gently smoking each salmon ‘side’ using Scotch whisky cask chippings.
Keep refrigerated at 0 to 4°C. Do not exceed the ‘use by’ date shown. Once opened, eat within 24 hours. Suitable for freezing. Product may have been previously frozen and returned to chilled temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze by the date mark shown and use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before use. Once defrosted, eat within 24 hours.

We adhere to the independently audited Code of Good Practice for Scottish Finfish Aquaculture, which covers all aspects of farm production. Our processing facilities are BRC AA accredited for food safety, processing and supply chain management. The Scottish provenance of our salmon is guaranteed through the UK PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) scheme.
