Free Home Delivery over $129 is available in these states: CT, DE, DC, IL, IN, KY, MA, MD, ME, MI, NC, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, SC, TN, VA, VT, WV.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer Free Home Delivery for the rest of the USA states and territories and the shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.

Pick up is available in Wayne, New Jersey . Please choose the pick up option at checkout.
We ship every Tuesday and Wednesday to ensure freshness of all products.
If you placed your order after midday - 12PM EST - on a Wednesday expect your order to be shipped the next Tuesday.

We use well-insulated boxes that we produce ourselves to maintain high quality. We pack your order with gel packs and dry ice to ensure freshness. The boxes never travel for more than 2 days, therefore we can keep them cool.

There is no official certification for sushi grade. The real question is; are the salmon safe to eat raw and/or do the salmon contain any parasites?
