Native hebridean
Native Hebridean Salmon are a truly unique breed, descended from the wild salmon of the rugged and remote North Uist in the Outer Hebrides. Raised in their natural environment in the Hebridean Islands and West Coast of Scotland, these salmon are known for their robust, lean, and firm texture. Their distinctive, succulent, and sea-fresh taste captures the essence of the waters they call home.

lochlander
Lochlander Scottish Salmon are carefully raised in the waters surrounding the rugged coastlines of Scotland’s Western Highlands and Islands. These nutrient-rich environments allow the salmon to thrive, resulting in a deep, rich flavour and outstanding quality. Lochlander Scottish Salmon captures the essence of Scotland’s wild, untamed landscapes, offering a taste experience that is unforgettable.

sustainability
Bakkafrost Scotland operates a fully vertically integrated value chain, which allows the highest level of transparency in all stages of our operations – including making fish meal, fish oil, salmon feed, roe production, freshwater hatcheries and saltwater ocean pens, together with harvest and processing facilities. Bakkafrost Scotland also has its own modern fleet of vessels that clean, feed and transport the salmon, as well as producing its own EPS transportation boxes. We also have a bio gas plant that transforms biological waste to energy and fertilizer.
