Been getting this salmon for several years now it is the best sushi salmon you can get. Being farm raised no risk of parasites and it is very fatty making for the best sashimi salmon belly.

We received our skin on salmon on time. We were disappointed in the amount of plastic used to package it, however. It is wonderfully fresh tasting, though!

We love BakkaFrost Salmon!! The 10lbs box is perfect for our family.

I think the trick with salmon burgers is too cook them low and slow. 15+ minutes at 325 degrees or longer at 300. Keep checking for the last few minutes. Then they're not dried out. These are a nice easy meal.
