I think the trick with salmon burgers is too cook them low and slow. 15+ minutes at 325 degrees or longer at 300. Keep checking for the last few minutes. Then they're not dried out. These are a nice easy meal.
I just made my first burger to try and found it to be dry, bland and didn’t enjoy it. Some of the packages aren’t sealed as well as others so will probably get freezer burn by the time I get to them. The packaging is surprising too because there is no list of ingredients or use by date. I used my air fryer but will try grilling or searing in butter the next batch I make to impart more flavor. I really love the plain raw salmon Bakkafrost sells and which I had just gotten that instead.
These are delicious and easy to prepare.
Description states “ A mix of all flavors is available upon request” however I only received plain burgers. No response to follow up email, however 9 emails were sent to review the product. Normally excellent service and great food, not sure what happened here.
