Our tasting pack option is a great way to taste both our Native Hebridean and Lochlander Smoked Scottish Salmon.
200g x Native Hebridean: Our unique process starts with hand-selected fillets of Native Hebridean Scottish Salmon, prized for its distinctively firm texture and outstanding flavour. Each fillet is hand-cured with sea salt and gently smoked over Scotch whisky cask chippings. The smoked sides are then left to mature, giving Native Hebridean Smoked Scottish Salmon its characteristic flavour.
200g x Lochlander: Crafted using only the finest Scottish salmon, each fillet is hand-cured with sea salt and demerara sugar, before resting to slowly absorb the cure. Each fillet is then gently smoked over Scotch whisky cask chippings and left to mature, giving Lochlander Smoked Scottish Salmon its signature flavour.
