The Best Salmon

Once again, the best buttery salmon flesh. So uniformly sized and respectfully prepared/deboned. Not inexpensive, but absolute value for an excellent piece of fish. It's my go too and only salmon I eat now.

I'm surprised, but yes - it's *significantly* better than regular salmon

Somebody told me recently that I should try Faroe Island salmon, which I had never heard of. So I gave this place a try. I have to say I'm extremely surprised because this is, without a doubt, the best tasting salmon I've ever had in my life. I don't exactly know how or why, but I'm completely convinced now that there is a big difference between Faroe Island salmon and other salmon. I don't think I will willingly go back to any other kind of salmon.
