Salmon Pita

 DIETS LACTOSE-FREE, GLUTEN-FREE (OPTIONAL)

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 2×4.5 oz (125g) Bakkafrost salmon portions
  • 1 pack of pitas (gluten-free optional)
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Sweet corn
  • Avocado
  • Raw onion cucumber
  • Green olives
  • Jalapenos
  • Feta cheese
  • Roasted pine nuts
  • Peanuts

 

INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1

Chop all ingredients (amount up to your liking) into small pieces and place in small serving bowls.

STEP 2

Season the salmon with salt, pepper and dried herbs of your own choice, e.g. thyme, dill and oregano, and fry it carefully in a pan for approx. 2½ – 5 minutes on each side.

STEP 3

Once the salmon is cooked, chop it into small pieces with a palette knife.

STEP 4

Serve the pitas together with all of the ingredients.
