INGREDIENTS

SALMON PATTY
  • 8.8 oz (250g) Bakka Salmon
  • 1 medium-sized onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1 oz (30g) breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 5.3 oz (150g) breadcrumbs – for coating the patties
  • Butter
  • Olive oil
TOPPINGS
  • 4-6 pcs burger buns
  • Lettuce
  • Cucumber
  • Tomatoes
  • Bell pepper
 
SEASONING

Guacamole/ Crème Fraiche/ Ketchup

 

INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1

Remove the brown fat from the salmon, and cut into smaller pieces.

STEP 2

Roughly chop the onion. Add all patty ingredients into a good processor and blend until it becomes a consistent dough.

STEP 3

Form the minced salmon into 4 or 6 patties and cover them in breadcrumbs on all sides. If too dry add an egg or a bit of milk, if too wet add more breadcrumbs.

STEP 4

Heat up a pan with the mix of butter and olive oil, and cook the patties for 3-4 min on each side.

STEP 5

Heat up the burger buns in the oven.

STEP 6

Assemble your burgers with the sides and seasoning.
