Pick up is available for free of charge at Bakkavegur, Glyvrar 625, Faroe Islands.

We use well-insulated boxes that we produce ourselves to maintain high quality. We pack your order with gel packs and dry ice to ensure freshness. The boxes never travel for more than 2 days, therefore we can keep them cool.

There is no official certification for sushi grade. The real question is; are the salmon safe to eat raw and/or do the salmon contain any parasites?

All salmon from Bakkafrost is free from anisakis parasites and suitable for sashimi.
