Salmon Pita

INGREDIENTS
- 2×4.5 oz (125g) Bakkafrost salmon portions
- 1 pack of pitas (gluten-free optional)
- Cherry tomatoes
- Sweet corn
- Avocado
- Raw onion cucumber
- Green olives
- Jalapenos
- Feta cheese
- Roasted pine nuts
- Peanuts
INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1
Chop all ingredients (amount up to your liking) into small pieces and place in small serving bowls.
STEP 2
Season the salmon with salt, pepper and dried herbs of your own choice, e.g. thyme, dill and oregano, and fry it carefully in a pan for approx. 2½ – 5 minutes on each side.
STEP 3
Once the salmon is cooked, chop it into small pieces with a palette knife.
STEP 4
Serve the pitas together with all of the ingredients.
