This salmon was never frozen and is delivered with scales on, we can remove scales upon request.

Great service!

FedEx declined to deliver our order in a timely manner so we lost that fish. Bakkafrost quickly responded to my email regarding the issue. A replacement was promptly on it's way.
We've just shared it with family as sushi/sashimi. Everyone commented on how fresh and delicious it was.
We will definitely be ordering from Bakkafrost again!

The freshest fish ever

The Bakkafrost’s salmons are the freshest fish ever I have got. So tender, so fatty, so delicious even if eating it raw.
Little bit difficult to communicate with the staff. They are so busy all the time and no one picked the phone but that is ok.

Faroe Island Salmon will be the best choice of yours. Home service is wonderful for me as chef. Well packed and came on time. Customer service is wonderful.

As usual, the salmon is amazing. The only issue we had this time around was that we asked for the scanned to be removed and they weren't. Not a huge deal, but it slows down the processing, and the clean up is much worse in the home kitchen.

Been getting this salmon for several years now it is the best sushi salmon you can get. Being farm raised no risk of parasites and it is very fatty making for the best sashimi salmon belly.
